About Washburn Associates

Carol teaches Federal Travel Regulations as a contractor for the General Services Administration (GSA), DOI University and many other Federal agencies. She formerly served with GSA where she provided travel advice and training to Federal agencies in GSA’s Denver Region. Before her GSA service, Carol managed the combined Travel Office of the National Park Service’s Rocky Mountain Region and Denver Service Center. She also contracts individually with various agencies for travel training, advice and assistance.

Carol Washburn is also the publisher and owner of a Windows© Federal travel voucher program that can be used as backup for the E-Gov Travel programs to verify calculations and assist in entering data correctly. It has also been found very beneficial in producing paper vouchers for those outside the E-Gov Travel system.

Washburn Associates provides an automated travel management system for the US Courts on a nationwide site license.
