**Dear Members and Friends of CCGS**
Stephen C. Moriarty was born in Washington, D.C. on February 24, 1961. He was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1989, and he has been in private practice with the Platt Irwin Law Firm for the last 24 years. His legal education was at Clemson University (B.A., 1983) and the University of South Carolina (J.D., 1989). He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Claims Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. Stephen's primary areas of practice include estate planning, probate, guardianships and general civil litigation.
Stephen will talk about wills, trusts, community property agreements, durable powers of attorney and health care directives as well as discuss estate planning strategies that allow his clients to take care of the needs of family members, fulfill charitable giving goals, and minimize taxes.
This meeting will be from 10 am to noon and take place at the Raymond Carver room in the Port Angeles Library, 2210 S. Peabody Street.
The public is invited to join us and we request that folks come 15 to 30 minutes early to register, visit one another and have a cup of coffee. After the meeting everyone is invited across the street to see the progress we have made with remodeling on our new facility as we get ready to open our doors again.
Our meetings and programs are open to the public.
