Prisoners
of War from the 74th
As we
all know, the many in the Civil War found themselves prisoners of either the
Union or the Confederacy. The 74th
was no different from other units that had men captured and held in prisoner of
war camps. The purpose of this addition
to the site is to provide information on those individuals who suffered and
endured the fate of a prisoner of war.
The list will be added to as we learn more names of those who were held
in captivity by the Confederate States of America.
