This is an emblem set of recent manufacture, so it's not NOS. It does, however, retain the characteristics of the original. Each set contains two emblems, one for each side of the tank. The emblems are designed to fit the C100/C102 Hondas from the sixties. These were known as the "stepthru" models, and are the most popular design in motorcycle history.
