The members of the Port Angeles, WA Lions Club have devoted
over 60 years to serving our community. We welcome you to look around our
website, find out a little about our club, its projects and the largest service
organization in the world, Lions International.
Our lunch meetings are held Noon
to 1:00 pm on Thursdays at the Red Lion Hotel, Crab House Restaurant, 221 North
Lincoln St, Port Angeles, WA... come join us.

The Port Angeles Lions Club believes that we can help to make
our community a better place to live by serving together as a team. We are a
service club committed to helping others who are less fortunate than ourselves.
Our motto “WE SERVE” is our simple statement of dedication to
Lionism.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Since 1917, local Lions clubs have offered people
just like you the opportunity to give something back to their community. Today
with nearly 1.4 million men and women in more than 193 countries and geographic
areas, Lions have expanded their focus to help the ever increasing needs of our
society. As a member of a Lions club, you become aware of the needs of our
community and have the advantage to effectively make a difference. Our club
provides volunteers with project management assistance, leadership training,
personal development opportunities, and organized fundraising programs. Being a
Lion empowers you to help others in a way that no one person could alone. Now
more than ever, people with vision problems, the environment, our senior
community, our youth and the disadvantaged around the world need your help. You
can make a difference. By participating in our local Lions club, you can help
meet pressing needs in our community and around the world.

The Port Angeles Lions Club is very proud of the
many years of service to the Port Angeles community and appreciate the support
from the community for our many fund raising projects. The Port Angeles Lions
Club believes that we can make our community a better place to live by serving
as a team. The Port Angeles Club asks for no more time than you can willingly
give. And offers no material benefits to members. The only reward is knowing you
have helped. The Port Angeles Lions Club is a working service club with many
activities designed to benefit the needs of our community.
The needs of our community continue to increase and we are actively
soliciting motivated people who want to be a member of our team. Lions
Club members come from all walks of life. Our common interest is in helping
others and supporting our community in any way we can. If you are interested in
helping your community we urge you to consider joining our local Lions Club.

The Lions are traditionally known for their support of sight and hearing in
our own communities and around the world. Any needy Clallam County resident can
apply for either sight or hearing impaired financial assistance. We work closely
with the school district and prioritize funding for impaired youth, but
individuals of any age are welcome to apply for assistance. If you or someone
you know has such a need contact us for an application form.
