Fortunately for the buyer, there is a wide variety of properties available with a good range in both size and price. Most of the homes are on lots or small acreage. Many also feature minimum maintenance landscaping. There are a few homes for sale with more than five acres. There is also a good selection of building sites, lots and acreage. Most home sites not in the City of Sequim, or in a development, are served by onsite disposal systems and usually have an individual water system.
