R&J Building Design creates plans based on your vision for the perfect dream home or business. Our extensive knowledge of building practices, along with state and local building requirements, will ensure that your customized design plan meets and exceeds your requirements.

The Design Process:
Using the latest computer imaging technology, you are able to follow the design process in full 3D views, from room to room, throughout the project. Detailed progress can be seen in our office or on your home computer using a simple viewing program which will be provided. Additionally, the software allows you to add comments, so that you are able to work through the complete design process.

Our Commitment:
We are committed to providing you with prompt, courteous, and quality service, while paying attention to every detail as we follow your project. All finished plans will be permit ready for your local city or county licensing offices. Any required engineering will also be notated on your plans. Completed plans will be fully noted as required by building codes.

R&J Building Design handles design plans for residential, light commercial, spec, custom, multi-family, additions, decks, garages, pole buildings, remodels, and alterations to existing plans.
